1. Tuition fee must be paid by the dated invoice due date. Any delayed payment may incur a late payment fee of $59. All registration and tuition fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.
2. Any absentee due to medical or emergency reason, students are required to give advance notice to admin at 9017-5449 via message.
3. Students are required to schedule make-up lessons ideally within two weeks should any lessons be missed. Students are required to make prior arrangements with tutor before attending any make-up classes as these classes are subjected to availability.
4. The centre reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any class at any point of time during the term due to unforeseen circumstances.
5. All materials provided by Science Masterclass hall not be reproduced in any for such as electronic or mechanical means, photocopying or stored in any storing and retrieval system without the permission in writing from Science Masterclass.
6. At any point of time should you not attend class for consecutive two weeks during term time, you will be de-registered automatically from our system. A registration fee is applicable for students to re-register. 

7. The school shares with parents and students’ photographs/videos on communication platforms and on our website. We also use some of the photographs and videos in our publicity materials and brochures. We would like to seek your approval for your child’s photograph/video to appear on our social platform or publicity materials. If you do not allow your child’s photograph to appear on our social platforms, kindly write to us at sciencemasterclass@gmail.com . 

8. Upon enrolment with Science Masterclass, you hereby accept our Terms and Conditions highlighted in point 1 to 7.
